The company follows an over sixty-year-old tradition of glider repair, dating back to the foundation of an airport and glider training center in Medlánky in 1943.  The original service rooms were used for repairing of gliders damaged in the training center.

After WW II the tradition of glider repair continued and local Moravian Aviation Service Rooms were used as prototype workshops for large-scale aviation industry, introducing prototypes of seven wooden gliders and powered airplanes.

In the next 35 years the service rooms provided maintenance and repair of wooden as well as metal gliders from various Czechoslovak aero clubs.

Since 1989, the company has also been providing repairs of historical and modern gliders for customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other countries.

The company provides both overhauls L-13 (L-23) and repairs of damaged gliders.
